Requirements Gathering : The Denvik team first analyzed customer requirements in detail. This involved understanding the use case and quality requirements.
The requirements gathering phase involved several detailed discussions with the customer.

Creation of Proof of Concept (POC): As a next step, the Denvik team translated the user requirements to proof of concept (POC) which was approved by the client.

Testing, Validation & Launch: The team then designed and launched the final solution after extensive testing and validation.
The solution launched was certified to global quality standards (CE certified, UL, Gost/R).

Results/Impact

Controller solution was seamlessly integrated into the manufacturers overall equipment automation solution.
The solution was delivered on time and there were no quality issues.

The solution developed helps cement plants minimize downtime, increase bag shelf life, reduce energy usage and monitor critical process parameters.

After this first successful project, we have been working with this global provider of automation solutions as OEM for the last 12 years.
